The short version

Your contact files are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. We don't save, share, or sell your data. Ever.

What we process

When you upload files to ContactClean, we temporarily load them into server memory to run the deduplication process. Once you download your results, that data is gone. We do not write your contacts to any database or persistent storage.

What we collect

• We do not collect your name or email address unless you contact us directly.
• We may log basic request metadata (file count, processing time) for performance monitoring — this contains no contact data.
• We use no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.

Your contact data

The names, email addresses, phone numbers, and other personal information in your uploaded files are processed solely to perform deduplication. This data is never read by humans, never stored permanently, and never transmitted to any third party.

Data retention

Processed results are held in memory only for the duration of your session. Restarting the server clears all data. We retain nothing after your session ends.

Third-party services

ContactClean uses Stripe for payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data you provide during checkout. We receive only a confirmation of payment — no card details.

Your rights

Since we don't store your data, there is nothing to request deletion of. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@contactclean.io

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Continued use of ContactClean after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
